These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and PR888 ("PR888", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the PR888 online gaming information platform available at pr888.cam (the "Platform").

PR888 operates as an English-language online gaming information platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides information, guidance and content relating to sports betting, live casino, cricket betting, slots and table games. PR888 is not a licensed gambling operator and does not directly process wagers, hold player funds or operate casino games.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or otherwise using any part of PR888's services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall bear the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an account and use the PR888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. PR888 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals below the required minimum age will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction compliance: You must ensure that online gambling or gaming information access is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. 4. One account per person: Each User is permitted to hold only one active registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. You are obligated to update your details if they change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

To access the full features of the PR888 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing the information requested in the registration form. The following provisions apply to all registered accounts:

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement, and any other information required for identity verification. All fields must be completed accurately.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PR888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PR888 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.3 KYC Verification

PR888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals or when activity on an account warrants review. Acceptable documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

PR888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the support channels described in Section 14.

By accessing the PR888 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scraping software or similar technologies to access, copy or extract content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• You will not transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, harmful or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software, algorithms or security mechanisms associated with the Platform.
• You accept that PR888 Content is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice.
• You acknowledge that PR888 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of all Platform content and that you rely on such content at your own risk.

PR888 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as contextual references for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute an endorsement by, partnership with, or approval from any of these institutions in relation to gambling activity. Actual payment method availability depends entirely on the operator and the user's own bank or wallet provider.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits are subject to the operator's minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Only funds originating from sources that belong to the registered account holder will be accepted. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

PR888 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, clearly stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) and must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Unmet requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PR888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions ("bonus abuse").
• Using software, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Submitting fraudulent payment information or chargebacks without legitimate justification.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, after having been notified of such restriction.
• Impersonating another User, PR888 staff or any third party.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt or attack the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting PR888 Content without written authorisation.

All content on the PR888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, guides, articles and software — is the property of PR888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce or redistribute Content for commercial purposes; (b) modify or create derivative works from Content without written permission; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.

The PR888 name, logo and associated branding elements are trademarks of PR888. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PR888, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform or its content.
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content, including odds, RTP figures or payment method information.
• Losses resulting from gambling or betting decisions made on the basis of Platform content.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data where such access results from your failure to maintain account security.
• Service interruptions, technical failures or delays outside PR888's reasonable control.

PR888 provides the Platform and its content "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PR888 is registered and licensed as an information platform. Where no specific jurisdiction is stated, the parties agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration or the courts of the operator's registration jurisdiction.

Users based in Pakistan are reminded that while these Terms set out the contractual framework for use of the Platform, they do not override or supersede the laws of Pakistan applicable to the User. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as representing that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users must independently satisfy themselves as to their local legal obligations.
